I had pethedine which was rubbish and good ol gas n air.

Between all 6 i've had pethadine ( helped me relax more), gas and air (didn't enjoy too much 1 time made me sick but gave me something to concentrate on during the contracts), epidural ( help as Aiden was back to back all the way trough the labour), and TENS machine( really good as i could control how much relief i got from the contracts and got to stay at home longer).
