My oldest was potty trained and out of nappies by the time he was 18 months old and out of them just after 2 at night. My youngest on the other hand just like everything else we are experiencing he will do things when only HE is ready to and has only done a wee on the potty twice and the second time he did it all by himself without any help but he knows when he has done the other and tells me when he has in his nappy. I am hoping to keep him encouraging and by the time he is 2 (end of Jan) he will be potty trained or half way at least!
